The Report

If you thought 2019 was a busy year for Driver, you were right. In 2019, four movies he starred in was released, including The Report.

The Report is about the investigation into the CIA following the September 11 attacks and the CIA’s use of torture. Driver plays Senate staffer, Daniel Jones, who is leading the investigation.

It’s not an easy movie to watch. It focuses on a dark time in American history, slowly revealing the truth about what happened over the years. Jones unraveled the layers and hidden conspiracies.

Of course, it’s not that easy.

Jones faces his own problems with being charged of stealing documents. All that means is that he is a lot closer to exposing the truth than anyone would like him to be.

The Report is one of those movies that involves political intrigue and it important when it comes to American history.
