Where to stream Adam Driver’s movies
Inside Llewyn Davis
It’s Greenwich Village in 1961. Folk music is leaving its mark and legends will be created like the great Bob Dylan.
Llewyn Davis is trying to catch his big break and break out in the folk music scene. Bonus: Davis is played by fellow Star Wars alum Oscar Isaac.
The movie centers around Davis, following his story as he plays in Greenwich Village bars and travels around the country as he comes to terms with his music career. The Coen Brothers film is just as you would expect it to be with a layered look at the life of the characters. But it is sad sort of film, so you have to be in a certain mood if you want to watch.
This was considered a breakout role for Isaac.
Adam Driver plays Al Cody. He’s a cowboy-hat wearing singer, who shares a few scenes with Isaac, but the song they play in the studio with Justin Timberlake’s character was a certainly a memorable one.
