Star Wars: Who is Temuera Morrison playing in The Mandalorian
Temuera Morrison has been confirmed to be appearing in the Star Wars Mandalorian Disney Plus series. Here’s who he could be playing.
It was recently leaked and reported by multiple outlets Star Wars actor Temuera Morrison will be returning to the franchise in The Mandalorian Disney Plus series for its second season.
Morrison first appeared in the franchise in Attack of the Clones, in which he famously played Jango Fett, the father of Boba Fett and the man selected to serve as the clone template for the Republic’s clone troopers.
As Boba Fett was also a clone of Jango Fett, altered so age at a normal pace as opposed to the accelerated rate of the clone troopers, Morrison went on to voice an adult Boba Fett in his redubbed lines in The Empire Strike’s Back Special Edition.
Spoiler alert for Attack of the Clones, but Jango Fett was killed in that movie after having his head cut off by Mace Windu during the Battle of Geonosis, so that character will in all probability not appear in the show.
However, seeing as Jango served as the template for a variety of clones, which have gone on to be featured approximately in future movies and animated shows, there are several established characters he could appear as in The Mandalorian.
