The Mandalorian Chapter 10 synopsis could hint at Sasha Banks’ appearance

The synopsis for The Mandalorian Chapter 10 is out. Could this be hinting at the introduction of Sasha Banks’ character?

Fans are already preparing for the second episode of The Mandalorian season 2, which continues on as Chapter 10 in the series. Now, just a few days away from the release of the next episode, the synopsis for Chapter 10 is out.

While it may be a brief one-liner, it’s already telling us a lot about what to expect, mainly because so much of this episode was likely shown in the trailer. Here’s the quick synopsis for The Mandalorian season 2’s Chapter 10:

"The Mandalorian must ferry a passenger with precious cargo on a risky journey."

The synopsis for this episode has been updated in Google’s information section for The Mandalorian season 2. So while it hasn’t been confirmed by Disney+, the information has been pulled to the search engine’s database somehow. Additionally, there have been rumors about the titles of the episodes, saying Chapter 10 is titled “The Confrontation.” But with the Chapter 9 title currently not what was predicted in the rumor, there’s no telling if this will be true.

Those bits of information paired together could mean a lot of things, but the mention of the ferry ride tells us that this could be the episode where we finally see Sasha Banks. In the trailer, as Mando and The Child are boarding the ferry, it’s a dark, overcast day. And among the cargo containers there on that dark, overcast day, Banks’ character was hiding and lurking in the background, watching the two for some reason.

There’s already been much speculation about her character and who she could be. Some think she will play the live-action version of Sabine Wren, for example. But also, then, it must be asked: why is she watching them on this ferry? So far, we do know that Mando is probably continuing to find another Mandalorian to help him on his quest to getting Baby Yoda back home. His first mission in Chapter 9 was a dud, after all, seeing as the “Mandalorian” he was looking for was just Cobb Vanth in Boba Fett’s armor.

If she is Sabine, it helps because she is a Mandalorian, after all. And somehow, she may have caught wind that Mando is looking for her/other Mandalorians. Where the “confrontation” title comes in, if it is indeed the title, is unclear yet. Perhaps it will have something to do with Mando and Sasha Banks’ character, or perhaps it won’t include her at all.

Overall, it will be great to finally get that reveal if this is indeed the episode she’ll appear in. There’s so much at play, between Mando being on the hunt to bring Baby Yoda home, Moff Gideon planning to exact revenge and even the mysterious Boba Fett seemingly scoping out Mando too.

Whatever the case, we’ll just have to wait and see what’s in store for the rest of season 2 as episodes continue to air Fridays on Disney+.
