1. Poe Dameron

How could we not include Poe Dameron on our guest list? Have you seen how giddy he is to celebrate Life Day in the Holiday Special? Poe is definitely the guy who will pull out the Santa tracker to entertain all the kids at the gathering.

Poe is bound to impress your family with his charming personality, but you might want to keep him away from the football game if his team is losing. He’s a hot-headed pilot and he may be a little too competitive when it comes to a rousing game of Monopoly. Remember when Poe and Finn were playing dejarik with Chewie on the Millennium Falcon? Don’t think about cheating, he’ll figure it out. If your younger cousins brought any video games with them, you can bet that Poe is going to be right there showing them how it’s done.

Don’t expect Poe to bring a side dish to share, he definitely made something but he ended up burning it in the oven. Even though BB-8 reminded him to take it out a dozen times. But he will bring a box of those store-bought sugar cookies, which will be a hit with all of the kids and grandma. Who doesn’t love sprinkles?

Poe winds everyone up by starting a great debate about whether Die Hard is a Christmas movie or not. This conversation starts the moment he steps foot in your home and he doesn’t stop until you’re shooing him out at the end of the night or watching the movie to see for yourself.
