5. Grand Admiral Thrawn

Similar to Palpatine, Grand Admiral Thrawn is a sinister Imperial commander. His ability to elegantly speak the truth, seem harmless on the outside yet rageful on the inside, is a dangerous one to bring to the holidays.

Thrawn is not a strictly evil figure, as he interacted with and helped Anakin during his days in the Jedi Order. In fact, Thrawn was so effective that he became Chancellor Palpatine’s top recruit. Unfortunately, he ended up working for the wrong side and poses a dangerous threat because of just how respected he is.

I will give Thrawn credit for his appreciation of the arts and culture. He may take joy in decorating the Christmas tree, lighting a Menorah or partaking in your holiday traditions. But that appreciation is done in order to know the enemy, and I would worry that every move I make is being watched if Thrawn were in the room.
