Who is Morgan Elsbeth in The Mandalorian?
This week’s new episode of The Mandalorian definitely gave the people what they wanted. We got to see the introduction of a live-action Ahsoka Tano (played by Rosario Dawson), who fortunately was able to explain to Din Djarin (and us viewers) who The Child is and where he came from. Ready to start calling Baby Yoda “Grogu”? Yeah, me either.
Who is the Magistrate of Calodan in The Mandalorian?
Apart from those two super exciting parts of the episode, titled “The Jedi,” we were also introduced to a community of people on Corvus, including the Magistrate of Calodan named Morgan Elsbeth. When Mando and the kid arrive on the planet, Elsbeth tells Mando she would trade him her staff made of Beskar if he would kill Ahsoka Tano.
From there, Din Djarin goes off to find Ahsoka, but of course for his own reasons.
Ultimately, Mando and Ahsoka strike a deal of their own and defeat the Magistrate, who we learn is a follower of Grand Admiral Thrawn. With Mando likely off to Tython in hopes to see if Grogu can truly connect with the Force or not, Ahsoka seemingly has a plan of her own. Here’s to hoping we’ll get a live-action Thrawn sometime soon.
