A whole load of Mandalorian and Star Wars Funko Pop! keychains are coming

Funko is releasing a line of several Star Wars and The Mandalorian Pop! keychains.

Funko Pops! come in all shapes in sizes — from the very big, deluxe 10-inch figures to the standard 3-inch vinyl figures and even their miniature keychain figures. And now, Funko will be releasing a set of several Star Wars Funko Pop! keychains for fans.

Coming soon, keychains for both The Mandalorian and the original Star Wars trilogy will be released. According to DisFunko on Twitter, it looks like there will be 17 released in total.

The Mandalorian keychains will include several variations of The Child (or Grogu). Poses include the adorable Baby Yoda holding his soup (yes, the one from the meme), Baby Yoda in his pram and Baby Yoda reaching out. Other Mandalorian Pop! keychains include Mando (of course), IG-11, Boba Fett, a stormtrooper and Moff Gideon.

On the Star Wars original trilogy side, there are eight characters: Our heroes Luke, Han, and Leia; Chewbacca; droids C-3PO and R2-D2; Jedi Master Yoda; and the Sith Lord Darth Vader. These little keychains are always awesome and look great as accessories. But just know from personal experience that they can get lost, especially as the wiring bends the more you take your keys out.

The keychains are available for preorder and all will be released on March 1. On Amazon, they are all going for $5. 99 each.

With these coming out in two months, fans will have to be patient if they want to get their hands on them. But Star Wars fans have learned to be patient over the years. The Mandalorian series is a great example of that. For just eight weeks out of the year, we get to watch some of the most incredible TV and Star Wars content ever produced. Then, just like that, it’s over and we have to wait another year for the next season.

Luckily, we’ll have not only The Mandalorian season 3 to look forward to up next, but there’ll also be The Book of Boba Fett. Granted, that series isn’t coming out until Christmastime this year, which means we’ll have to wait a little bit longer than normal. (If you recall, The Mandalorian season 2 premiered at the end of October 2020.) But as all Star Wars fans know, good things can come to those who wait, and some exciting times are ahead.
