The Mandalorian: 5 outcomes for Grogu’s future

Summary

Grogu’s fate is something that will be debated endlessly until we see him on the small screen again. Will he train with Luke Skywalker until he passes the trials and is deemed a Jedi Knight? If that happens, he could be off doing Jedi things at the time of the sequels which would give a reason for him not being present in them. Maybe he ditches his Jedi ways and rejoins his buddy Din Djarin and becomes a Mandalorian following his friend’s footsteps as a bounty hunter.

There are also some grim outcomes for Grogu’s future. It’s possible he was killed by Ben Solo when he destroyed Luke’s Jedi Academy. Maybe Grogu was sleeping when it all went up in flames or perhaps he was even killed by Ben’s lightsaber. Gorgu could also have fallen to the Dark Side and was off seeking bloodthirsty revenge upon all who wronged him over the course of his long life.

There are plenty of paths Grogu’s future could take. The biggest question is will we get some answers in the next season of The Mandalorian, or will we have to wait for a future Star Wars film or show to answer our speculations?
