There’s a new Star Wars: Galactic Baking cookbook coming, and you’ll want to clear your plate to make way for all the delicious, out-of-this-world treats.

Arriving in April, Galactic Baking is full of new recipes for “sweet and savory treats from Tatooine, Hoth, and Beyond.” It’s not the first cookbook to bring Star Wars to the kitchen, but this book is a collection of recipes inspired by some of the most famous and beloved locations in the galaxy.

Here’s a sampling of recipes you’ll find in Galactic Baking:

  • Mustafarian Molten Lava Cakes
  • Cloud City Marshmallows
  • Life Day Cake
  • Loth-Cat Kibble, Keshian Spice Bread
  • Dagobah Bog Pie
  • Bantha Blue Butter Sandwich Cookies

Here’s what Robert Simpson, senior editor at Lucasfilm Publishing, had to say about Galactic Baking on StarWars.com:

"I’m constantly amazed at the inventiveness of the chefs and cooks who work on our cookbooks. It’s fun to see the creative wizards at Insight Editions bring so many treats inspired by the movies and TV shows to edible life!"

And speaking of Bantha Blue Butter Sandwich Cookies, StarWars.com shared the recipe for these cookies as a sneak peek as Galactic Baking. These bright blue cookies are filled with ice cream and then rolled in sprinkles and are perfect with a nice, cold glass of blue milk.

Star Wars: Galactic Baking has more than 30 different recipes geared toward all types of bakers — “from Padawans to Jedi Masters.” All of the recipes are inspired by fan-favorite planets like Bespin, Coruscant, Endor, Jakku, Kashyyk and many more locales.

The collection is available to preorder now through Simon & Schuster.

Galactic Baking is the latest in a long line of Star Wars cookbooks, including the original Star Wars Cookbook: Wookiee Cookies and other Galactic Recipes from 1998. There’s also BB-Ate: Awaken to the Force of Breakfast and Brunch collection for kids. And, Galaxy’s Edge: The Official Black Spire Outpost Cookbook has recipes for all your favorite Batuuan foods from Mustafarian Lava Buns and Braised Shaak roast to Fried Endorian Tip-Yip and Spicy Mandalorian Stew.
