5. Mayfeld

Another fan-favorite character introduced in The Mandalorian, the former imperial officer Mayfeld, played by Bill Burr, would be an excellent inclusion into the Book of Boba Fett.

A former Imperial soldier turned mercenary, Mayfeld was last seen in season 2 of The Mandalorian, where he was released from a New Republic prison to help Mando break into an imperial holdout and find the location of Moff Gideon’s starship — along with Boba.

After fighting their way out of the Imperial Base and doing a fair bit of damage, the Republic marshal Cara Dune decided to reward him for his help, reporting him as deceased after their mission, allowing him to walk away free.

Now that he is out in the galaxy trying to get himself started again, it’s possible he may wind up on a planet in the outer rim like Tatooine, trying to stay off the Radar of the New Republic who occupy the core worlds.

Mayfeld put on display that he is handy with a blaster and could seek out someone like Fett for future work as a mercenary, especially after the two had a prior connection having broken into the Imperial facility together.

Fett could definitely use someone with his abilities now that he is stepping into the world of organized crime, and with Mayfeld needing a way to make money and start anew, the two could make for a good partnership and one may Star Wars fans (and Bill Burr fans) would welcome.
