3. Yoda

One of the most recognizable characters in all of Star Wars, Jedi Master Yoda stands a good chance of making an appearance in the Kenobi Disney+ series in some capacity.

Known as one of the strongest users of the force in the Star Wars galaxy, Yoda is one of the few surviving Jedi following Order 66. And like Obi-Wan, he is set to be in hiding during the series’ time period.

Following the events of Revenge of the Sith, Yoda traveled to the planet Dagobah, where he remained in hiding until Luke Skywalker seeked him out for training during the events of The Empire Strikes Back.

If Yoda were to appear, it would likely be in a flashback, like many of the other entries on this list — however, Yoda does have the ability to appear to Obi-Wan in person on Tatooine as well.

While Yoda is unable to leave Dagobah and it is very unlikely for Obi-Wan to leave Tatooine to travel to the remote planet, Yoda could still communicate with Kenobi through the Force, or even through the use of a “Force projection.”

Just as Luke did in The Last Jedi, Yoda has the ability to project his likeness across the galaxy, as he did in the Star Wars Rebels animated series, and could utilize this power to communicate with Obi-Wan from another planet, advising his fellow Jedi through whatever troubles he may be faced with.

Regardless of how he appears, Yoda is a fan-favorite character, and his inclusion in the series in any capacity would be a welcome one.
