Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is known for serving up some of the tastiest treats in the galaxy, and now a few more menu items have arrived in the land.
Over at Hollywood Studios’ Galaxy’s Edge in Walt Disney World, you’ll find several new, tasty items that can be found at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo and Ronto Roasters. Disney Parks Blog shared the news Tuesday, revealing what new menu items would be available.
And if you’re a certified Disney foodie, then you won’t want to miss out on these new, must-try dishes.
Docking Bay 7 new additions
The menu over on the Walt Disney World site provides extra information about each new item at Docking Bay 7. So if you’re planning a trip to dine in Galaxy’s Edge (or just would like to take a peek at what Chef Strono “Cookie” Tuggs is cooking up in the kitchen), these descriptions will give you a better idea of what you can expect from each of the items.
Batuuan Beef & Crispy Topato Stir Fry ($19.99)
"Smoky braised beef glazed in tamarind sauce and served with stir-fried vegetables, crispy herbed yucca, pickled onions, and cilantro."
Roasted Endorian Chicken Salad ($13.99)
"Marinated chicken, mixed greens, shaved onion and radish, grapes, tomato, and cucumber in a lemon-pomegranate vinaigrette with spiced yogurt drizzle."
Pirjanad Hot Chicken Tip Yip ($15.49)
"Crispy chicken glazed in a spicy chipotle sauce and served with white rice and a relish of sweet corn, shishito peppers, jicama, plantains, and cilantro."
Peka Tuna Poke ($17.99)
"Raw tuna tossed in a spicy Sriracha dressing and served with green papaya salad, pickled mushrooms, fresh herbs, and crispy garlic."
Outpost Puff ($6.99)
"Chocolate pastry filled with guajillo chocolate mousse and green milk sauce finished with Thai tea panna cotta, spiced pineapple and confectionary debris."
Ronto Roasters new additions
On top of the new offerings at Docking Bay 7, there are also some new items that have made their way over to Ronto Roasters. Here’s what you’ll find at this quick dining spot over at Galaxy’s Edge Disney World.
Kyryll Pork Rinds ($7.49)
"Pork rinds seasoned in a savory blend of ancho chili, cheddar, smoke, and cinnamon."
Zuchii Wrap
"Grilled zucchini, smokey chickpea-onion slaw, creamy garlic-tahini sauce, and fresh cilantro wrapped in pita bread (plant-based)."
Triple Suns Breakfast Wrap ($11.49)
"Plant-based egg, smoky chickpea-onion slaw, and roasted tomato sauce wrapped in pita bread (plant-based)."
Andoan Fruit with Muja Sauce ($6.99)
"Sticks of jicama, cucumber, pineapple, melon, and dragon fruit doused in a tamarind sauce and dusted with peppercorn ash (plant-based)."
Galaxy’s Edge food
As you can see from the photos and descriptions above, food at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is a bit unorthodox — but in no way are the flavors. The menu items are meant to reflect something straight out of the Star Wars movies that people would eat. But this is Earth, after all, and so the creators behind the dishes still make sure that the menu items are something that your average human would enjoy while on their trip to Batuu!
