There’s some new art out there featuring Grogu and Luke Skywalker that has fans curious about what’s to come in The Mandalorian.

The Comic-Con exclusive poster itself is quite creative and, unfortunately, already sold out online. But even to see it digitally, the art has captured our attention — and for good reason. Titled “Size Matters Not,” Grogu stands next to his new Jedi Master Luke Skywalker, and they appear to be in the middle of constructing a lightsaber together. Grogu hovers the parts of the lightsaber in midair while Luke floats in his hand a yellow kyber crystal.

And while there are a lot of fan art creations and the likes out there, what makes this poster so unique is that it’s an officially licensed Star Wars poster. This means it’s got the clearance from Lucasfilm as official Star Wars art, and it could strongly signal what’s ahead in The Mandalorian season 3.

The artist for the poster, Russell Walks, shared the creation on Twitter and expressed how lucky he was to have the opportunity to create the piece for Trends International.

Luke Skywalker in The Mandalorian season 3

So, the biggest question to ask after seeing this is: Will Grogu actually build a lightsaber with Luke in season 3? And will he have the rare yellow one, which we’ve also seen from Rey recently?

The answer to that question, for now, is not clear — as we haven’t seen any other posters or promotional material for The Mandalorian featuring The Child and a yellow lightsaber. At the very least, we know it’s highly likely that The Mandalorian season 3 could feature Luke and Grogu training together. And as such, lightsaber building may be a part of that storyline. But we can’t say for certain until we see more promotional material like this for the series.

Still, the art itself is quite amazing and has received nothing but compliments all over social media. And if anything, it just has us excited to see what Grogu gets up to next when The Mandalorian season 3 arrives.
