Another exciting Star Wars journey is coming to an end. With Friday upon us today, that means the final episode of Star Wars: The Bad Batch is out.

At least we can go into this finale with good news, knowing that we have a season 2 to look forward to. But still, that shouldn’t detract from the excitement of this season 1 finale.

The last we left the Bad Batch, they were stranded on Kamino as Admiral Rampart was preparing to blow the facility on Kamino to bits. They had initially come to rescue Hunter, who had been captured by Crosshair during their escape from an Empire facility. But as it would seem, the Empire barely even cared for Crosshair, who they knew was still left on the facility as they were opening fire.

Now, this leaves so many questions about Part II of the season finale. And thankfully, with the trailer for episode 16 out now, we have a glimpse of what that will look like.

The Bad Batch episode 16 trailer

Well, Star Wars is certainly teasing a thrilling — if not a little scary — season finale based on this trailer.

We see a bunch of different shots with the crew, who we know will have to escape Kamino before it’s completely demolished. And from the looks of it, that won’t be easy. Of course, the facility’s falling to pieces. And it even looks like there’s some kind of horrible sea monster awaiting them as well.

Plus, when you see Omega use her energy bow, you know they’re in danger. So this episode is likely to be filled with nothing but thrills as the Bad Batch escape Kamino. And if you want to find out what happens next, you won’t have to wait long. The season 1 finale of The Bad Batch is already on Disney+, so you can watch it now.
