Star Wars fans will know, the prequel era of films was off to a rough start. From pod racing to Jar Jar Binks and conversations about sand, there were a lot of weird moments in the first two movies that made the trilogy a bit tough to watch at times.

But, it’s quite unanimous that a star arose in the final chapter, and that was 2005’s Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.

In this film, Obi-Wan, Anakin Skywalker and the rest of the Jedi reach a tipping point in the war of the Republic vs. the Separatists. And, meanwhile, Anakin gives into the fight against his inner demons as he falls deeper down the path of the Dark Side. As we know, by Episode IV, he is Darth Vader. But Episode III was the movie that truly showed us how Anakin Skywalker became Darth Vader.

This makes it the perfect movie to watch if you want to go back and check out an entertaining Star Wars movie, or perhaps even watch it for the first time. So where can you stream it? Here’s what we know.
