12. Aurra Sing

When we first meet Boba Fett in The Empire Strikes Back, he’s an experienced bounty hunter, full of confidence and competence. But he wasn’t always that way. He had to learn the skill of bounty hunting from someone. But from whom? Aurra Sing was a skilled bounty hunter at the same time as Jango Fett, and after Jango’s death, she took Boba Fett under her wing and trained him as a bounty hunter. She even helped him in an unsuccessful attempt to exact revenge from Mace Windu for killing Jango Fett.

Aurra Sing was full of the confidence that Boba Fett would someday project, and she was a deadly opponent. Her skill and experience proved to be a valuable asset to Boba’s development. If The Book of Boba Fett spends any time exploring Boba Fett’s past, Aurra Sing plays a major role in it.

Even though Sing was one of the most powerful bounty hunters in the galaxy, it was later revealed that she died at the hands of Han Solo’s once mentor Tobias Beckett. Given Aurra’s impact on his life, Boba was surely affected by news of her death, and The Book of Boba Fett could further explore this loss.
