8. Leia Organa
Boba Fett’s connection to Han Solo creates a natural connection to Leia Organa because of Leia’s love for Han. It is when Han is about to be frozen in carbonite for storage to Jabba the Hutt by Boba Fett that Leia confesses her love to Han in The Empire Strikes Back.
Leia then poses as a bounty hunter herself and travels to the palace of Jabba the Hutt to rescue Han and ends up killing Jabba. Because Leia plays a significant role in the government of the New Republic in the years after the fall of the Empire, it wouldn’t be a far-fetched idea for Boba Fett to encounter Leia as well as Han in The Book of Boba Fett. But how would Leia feel about the man who almost cost her the man she loves? And what would the New Republic’s stance be on bounty hunters such as Boba Fett? And would Boba Fett even be considered a bounty hunter still?
Leia will always be a beloved character to fans of Star Wars, and since The Mandalorian showed us an impressive post-Return of the Jedi Luke Skywalker, perhaps The Book of Boba Fett could surprise us with a similar cameo by Princess Leia.
