Now that the Inquisitors are making.a major comeback thanks to the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ series, it was the perfect time for Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes to add a few new red lightsaber-wielding baddies to its ever-growing lineup.

This week, the game added Eighth Brother to the character roster. Theis member of the Inquisitorious first appeared in Star Wars: Rebels and met his unfortunate end on Malachor after his lightsaber malfunctioned while he was airborne. Oops, and RIP good sir.

In Star Wars canon, the Inquisitors are made up of Force users tasked with hunting down other Force-sensitive beings, whether that be Purge survivors or Force-sensitive children (or both). By the time the Rebel Alliance made its first large-scale attack against the Empire, many of the Inquisitorious were deceased.

According to Eighth Brother’s official kit reveal, the character synergizes best not just with the other Inquisitor units but also with Darth Vader. He can function in the Leader slot but is also categorized as an Attacker if another unit is selected to take the lead with him elsewhere in the squad.

Second Sister (Jedi: Fallen Order), Ninth Sister, Seventh Sister, and Eighth Brother are now all unlockable and playable characters in Galaxy of Heroes. In the game, these units are tagged as unaligned Force users, the same as Ahsoka Tano (Fulcrum).

With a nearly full team of Inquisitor units, you should have no trouble defeating the rebels you come across throughout your various gameplay modes. For now, you won’t be able to fully upgrade Eighth Brother for free. Eventually, however, he’ll be easier to unlock through everyone’s favorite method: grinding for character shards. Woo woo!

Galaxy of Heroes is free to play on mobile and tablet devices with new characters arriving frequently. Will you be able to unlock them all?
