Chewy launches Chewbacca pet lookalike search (Find out how to enter!)

Have you ever looked at your pet and thought about how much they look just like Star Wars‘ most loveable Wookie, Chewbacca? Well, today is your lucky day!

This May, Chewy is giving pets across the galaxy the chance to channel their inner Chewie and take center stage in a new Star Wars campaign! As announced today, Chewy is giving pet parents the chance to help their lovable sidekicks channel their inner Wookie via a casting call for Chewbacca pet lookalikes.

Not only will the lucky pet selected as the Chewie lookalike receive celebrity treatment when they get the chance to star in a custom photoshoot with Chewy Studios, but the lucky winner will also take center stage in Chewy’s next Star Wars campaign where they’ll be spotlighted on Chewy.com and on Chewy’s social media pages!

But that’s not all! The lucky Chewie lookalike winner will also be hooked up with a box full of goodies from Chewy’s Star Wars Collection as well as framed photos and personalized items featuring their pet.

Think your pet has what it takes to be a Chewbacca stunt double and want to take your shot at entering the Chewy casting call? You’re in luck as the process for entering the Chewy Chewbacca pet lookalike casting call only requires three simple steps:

1. Share a photo of your Chewie-lookalike pet on social media.
2. Tag @Chewy.
3. Use the hashtags: #ChewyCastingCall and #Maythe4thBeWithYou.

Just remember to get your submissions in during the month of May 2022, as submissions will only be accepted during the month of May!
