Star Wars means a lot of things to the different people who celebrate it. For some, a galaxy far, far away even helps them to take a step back and think deeply about their lives and how they move through the world. This Star Wars Day, Headspace is brining a few new exercises to its app to help you make Star Wars even more meaningful to you in your everyday life.

“Breathe With Star Wars” is Headspace’s latest collection of five-minute animated breathing exercises. These meditations include some of your favorite Star Wars characters, including Master Yoda, BB-8, Chewbacca, and R2-D2. One of the exercises even encourages you to “use the Force” to help you focus on breathing.

The animations are pretty simple for the most part — BB-8 rolls back-and-forth across the screen to help guide your breathing, for example. But Yoda closes his eyes and lifts an X-Wing, so if you want to practice your breathing on Dagobah, that might be the right place for you.

Headspace is also adding three new sleepcasts — collections of stories designed to help listeners drift off to sleep. The sounds of various Star Wars ships and locations are much more soothing than you thought.

With “X-Wing Voyage,” “Tatooine Sunset,” and “Islands of Ahch-To,” you can “travel” to different planets across a galaxy far, far away and listen to a variety of familiar sounds … including porgs. Falling asleep to the sound of porgs sounds pretty great.

Headspace will release “Breathe With Star Wars” on May 4. So after you spend your day reading every new announcement (maybe watching a new trailer or two), spending your life savings on new Star Wars merch, and re-watching your favorite Star Wars movie, you’ll be able to unwind from the day with — you guessed it — more Star Wars! What a time to be alive.
