WARNING: The following contains SPOILERS for Andor Season 1, Episode 10.

Cassian is insistent that if they’re going to rise up against the Empire, they have to do it now. Well, OK, tomorrow. It has to be tomorrow. Olaf’s replacement will be brought onto the floor, and that may be their last chance to escape.

One broken water pipe later, and the biggest defense the guards had against the prisoners — a floor that could shock them the instant they misbehaved — is no more. The prisoners quickly overwhelm the guards, just as Cassian knew they would, and make their way toward the exit.

Every prisoner jumps into the ocean to complete their escape … except the man who gave the speech that inspired them to rise up. Kino can’t swim. He’s never getting away alive, and watches everyone else do just that.

On Coruscant, Mon Mothma finally comes face-to-face with Davo Skuldun, who seems fully on board to help her deal with her secret money for no additional cost. Except there’s definitely a cost, and it might be forcing her daughter to marry his son.

She nopes that deal pretty hard and sends him away. Queen.

Lonni doesn’t want to be a double agent anymore, but Luthen pretty much says “too bad, you’re stuck with me bro” and sends him back the ISB for more snooping. Oh, and he also sort of threatends Lonni’s daughter if he doesn’t cooperate. Whatever it takes to win, right?

Back outside (!) the prison, Cassian and Melchi run across the sand, the Empire beginning its pursuit of the escaped prisoners. We know they’ll make it out of this alive (though we can’t say the same for Rogue One …). But the question is: How?

New episodes of Andor drop Wednesdays exclusively on Disney+.
