As many people prepare to hunker down for the holidays, Star Wars proves to fans that there’s no wrong time of year to enjoy a galaxy far, far away – even on a Starkiller Base. There are moments in the original trilogy where it might make sense to cozy up by a fire, such as The Empire Strikes Back where the frigid planet Hoth makes everyone want to wrap up in a warm blanket – or the gross insides of a tauntaun.

There are even wonderful holiday recipes available for fans to enjoy. Jenn Fujikawa has presented plenty of opportunities for everyone to create delicious treats during the holiday season, further proving that Star Wars is perfect all year round. Some of her recipes include Ewok gingerbread cookies, making holiday sweater cookies or popcorn garland to add to your Christmas tree.

So, it shouldn’t surprise anyone if Star Wars creators find another way to introduce something fun for fans to enjoy during the winter season.

“Do you want to build a snowman,” even on a Starkiller Base?

Star Wars has released a YouTube video where fans across the globe can sit by the “fire” and enjoy some fun ambiance. Described as, “A warm fire on Starkiller Base with lofi beats to study or relax to,” it’s clear creators are not shy with having fun during the holiday season. The video is just over one-hour long, so it’s perfect for a short stretch or replay again and again as you get more Star Wars in during the winter months.

Snowy Starkiller Base highlights a few stormtroopers sitting around a campfire, while snow falls all around them. There’s also a cruiser in the night sky, an occasional passing TIE fighter and a snowman overlooking the group nestled between some trees. The rhythmic beats mixed with the entertaining scenery makes this a holly jolly experience for the “most wonderful time of the year.”
