Though it seems like Star Wars fans and creators just returned from celebrating a galaxy far, far away in person, it’s already almost time for Star Wars Celebration to come around again.

Star Wars Celebration has announced the first round of celebrity guests who will be appearing at the event in April, along with the announcement that more tickets for the event will soon go on sale.

In a tweet from the official SWC account, seven Star Wars actors were confirmed to be making an appearance at the event.

Among the talent announced were festival favorites Anthony Daniels (C-3PO) and Dee Bradley Baker (Captain Rex), as well as The Clone Wars stars Ashley Eckstein (Ahsoka Tano) and Matt Lanter (Anakin Skywalker). Also appearing will be The Mandalorian actor Giancarlo Esposito (Moff Gideon), who’s set to reprise his role in the show’s upcoming third season.

Many of these celebrity guests have attended previous Star Wars Celebration events, but fans especially overseas who haven’t had the opportunity to meet these celebrities at conventions previously will finally have that chance this spring.

Other guests announced were Obi Wan Kenobi stars Indira Varma, who played Imperial officer Tala Durith, and Vivien Lyra Blair who portrayed a young Leia Organa in the Disney+ series. More information is to be released about chances for photo and autograph opportunities.

Taking place in the UK at London’s ExCel center from the 7-10 April 2023, Star Wars Celebration 2023 is the fourth to be held in Europe and is one of the biggest fan events on the calendar. With just over two months until it kicks off, there’s likely to be plenty more big announcements made in the coming weeks.
