A day at a Disney Park can be a lot of fun. But it can only be made better when Marvel actor Simu Liu shows up and asks to play with your custom lightsaber.

This happened to one parkgoer, Roger Stark, who shared on TikTok the Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings actor flashing some of his best moves.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe actor is clearly having a great time as he carefully swings the lightsaber around so as not to bump into other parkgoers. As Liu wears a huge smile on his face, someone comments “This is his audition.” Liu playfully answers back, “Did I get the part? Can I be in Star Wars now?” I think it’s a given, good sir. You can absolutely be in a live-action Star Wars with those skills!

Liu also seems so kind in his interaction with Stark too. When the fan noted in the video’s text that he wished to work in the MCU one day, Liu encouraged him and said, “Alright man, I’ll hold you to that!”

Though, Simu Liu has already made his Star Wars debut. He was the voice of Lah Zhima in the universally loved episode of Star Wars: Visions, “The Ninth Jedi.” In it, he played the lightsaber smith and father of the plucky protagonist, Lah Kara. “The Ninth Jedi” is thought by the fandom across the board to be the best of the Star Wars: Visions episodes thus far. We deep dive into why over in our Dork Side of the Force Visions Remembered series.

It would be excellent if Simu Liu made the crossover into live-action Star Wars at some point. The actor is trained in martial arts, so he could bring a lot of beautiful fight choreography to his character. And from what we can see on TikTok, perhaps he would make a perfect Jedi down the line. Someone cast him in The Acolyte season two right now!
