19. Cindel Towani

This list would not be complete without ensuring that you know exactly who Cindel Towani is, especially after mentioning Logray and the Caravan of Courage. Cindel is that adorable curly-haired little girl from the oft-mocked Ewok-centric duology Caravan of Courage: An Ewok Adventure and Ewoks: The Battle for Endor.

Cindel and her brother Mace end up separated from their parents after their family’s starship crashlanded on Endor. The pair are taken in by the Ewoks, who help to cure Cindel who is gravely ill by the time they make it to the Ewok camp.

The Ewoks help Cindel and Mace find their parents, who have been taken by the Gorax. In the second film, both of her parents and Mace are killed and Cindel is left all alone. In the end, Cindel chooses to leave Endor with Noa Briqualon. She remained with Birqualon for a while, before she settled on Coruscant and became a journalist.

Though different sources are conflicting, it is assumed that Cindel was around four years old at the time of her family’s crash landing on Endor. Despite her age, she manages to be very brave in the face of unimaginable danger and trauma over the course of the two films.
