The Mandalorian is almost here!

A brand new TV Spot was released on The Mandalorian Official Twitter Account, containing a lot of stunning and previously unseen shots from the highly anticipated 3rd season of the show.

Din Djarin is heard questioning what Mandalorians are without the creed. Of course, these Mandalorians refer to “Children Of The Watch”, the ones sworn to the same creed that Din was as a child. The Creed is why he never removed his helmet, until Grogu’s life was put in danger. The question of identity is being emphasized in all the promotional content for Season 3, and this question will certainly be answered during the course of the season.

Other exciting glimpses in the promo show dome like structures surrounded by green, grassy land on an unknown planet. The structures resemble ones on Sundari, the Mandalorian capital. However, Mandalore was turned into glass, so this is either a flashback or another planet all together.

Din is also seen underground, presumably. It’s a dark area, perhaps these are the mines of Mandalore where Din will seek forgiveness for his transgressions, or these are the ruins of Sundari.  There are many shots of Mandalorians “flying” using their jetpacks, and Din is involved in space battles on his N1 Starfighter. The Mandalorian gauntlet is again seen flying over the unknown green planet, and later being chased by TIE Interceptors. Din is seen looking out his ship and there appears to be a rock that’s been blurred out.

The high speed space battles, gorgeous aerial shots, mystery planet and what appears to be the mines of Mandalore, really stand out in this clip. This season will undoubtedly be the biggest and the most visually stunning in all aspects. VFX already looks top notch, and there’s no shortage of Mandalorians. The Clone Wars and Star War Rebels fans should gear up, because this is looking like a lesson in Mandalorian history and one for the ages. There’s really no guessing who might show up, and absolutely no hint given in that regard.

The wait is very close to coming to an end. The Mandalorian Season 3 premieres this Wednesday on Disney+.
