The Mandalorian season 3, episode 2 live stream: Watch online

Last week on The Mandalorian, we were tossed back into the world we’d left over a year ago — and there’s no turning back now. (Good.)

Mando and Grogu now have a new quest: Return to Mandalore in hopes of Din finding redemption and winning back his status as a Mandalorian in the Armorer’s covert. But returning to Navarro reveals that he actually needs to complete another (side?) quest before he can go take his redemption bath. IG-11, why did you have to do that to him?

It’s unclear whether or not Bo-Katan will end up eventually joining Din on his journey — she’s being billed as a main character this season, but still felt the need to say “goodbye” at the end of last week’s episode as if she wasn’t likely going to show up again in Episode 2. Perhaps, despite the likelihood she’ll remain in her Sad Girl era, she will begin to find some purpose again … by doing something other than sitting on that throne. She’s been there for two years. She needs a change of scenery.

Where is Din off to next — if not Mandalore straightaway, where is he going to find the droid part he needs? Who might he meet along the way? More purgill? That’s the hope, anyway.
