Ahsoka is set to premiere on Disney+ on August 23rd. With a little over two months away, it’s finally time to start selling toys. LEGO has recently announced a new toy set featuring the famous starship, The Ghost.

The starship got its popularity from the well-renowned animated series, Star Wars: Rebels. Multiple characters in the Rebels series are making their live-action debut in Ahsoka later this summer including General Herra Syndulla and her son, Jacen Syndulla.

The last time we saw Jacen was during the series finale of Rebels. Looking at him then, the child had green hair, eyebrows, and ear tips. However, it seems that the released photos of the new LEGO set suggest a major change in young Syndulla’s appearance. The set features a LEGO figure of Jacen with a longer brunette hairstyle and not a single speck of green on him. The new photos have many fans wondering why this change was made.

Jacen was born the son of Legendary Jedi Knight Kanan Jarrus. Jarrus met his untimely demise fighting against the empire alongside his rebel soldiers before Jacen was born. Although Herra is Herra’s species is Twi’lek, Jarrus was fully human. Additionally, The Ahsoka series will take place sometime after the series finale of Rebels.  It could be quite possible that Syndulla grew out of the few green features that he had as part of growing up.

The actor playing young Syndulla has not been announced yet. It also has not been revealed how big of a role he will be playing, or how many episodes he will appear in. Given that this series is reportedly exploring the World Between Worlds, Ahsoka certainly looks like an action-packed eight-episode mini-series.

How much we see Jacen and Herra in the series will most likely depend on how involved they are with the World Between Worlds. It’s no secret that Herra will be quite invested in Ahsoka’s quest in finding Ezra Bridger. Therefore, the mother/son duo could potentially play a big role in the story. However, it’s difficult to be sure when Jacen has not even been seen in any of the trailers so far.

LEGO has yet to set a release date for their new Ahsoka series set. The toy set is currently available for pre-order on their website for $159.99. One can speculate that the release will come soon given that the series itself is set to release in just two months.
