And pick up the first installment of Obi-Wan Kenobi if you’re looking for a beautiful adaption of something you’ve likely already seen at least once before.

Darth Vader (2020) 38

Darth Vader is one of the oldest, most classic characters in Star Wars. Even without seeing his face, you know him when you hear him. The character has had multiple comic runs since Marvel took over the Star Wars license, and this one continues to be one of the best so far.

Written by Greg Pak, illustrated by Raffaele Ienco, and published by Marvel Comics, this issue of the ongoing canon comic series will be perfect for fans of Darth Vader, especially if you have been following the series since it began in 2020.

Obi-Wan Kenobi 1

In 2022, Ewan McGregor returned to Star Wars to star in the limited Obi-Wan Kenobi series on Disney+. Over a year later, the hit show is finally getting a comic adaption.

Written by Jody Houser, illustrated by Salvador Larroca, and published by Marvel Comics, this issue will adapt the first episode of the show.

Both of these comic issues are available today wherever you get your Star Wars comics.
