You may not have seen the true face of The Armorer in the most recent season of The Mandalorian, but your chance to change that has finally (sort of) arrived.
Actor Emily Swallow, who has played the character of The Armorer in all three seasons of the hit Disney+ series, will be attending FAN EXPO San Francisco next month, and you’re not going to want to miss her appearance.
The Armorer remains largely a mystery to fans of The Mandalorian, and not just because she follows a traditional practice of never removing her helmet in front of others. We have yet to learn her real name or anything about her past beyond what she told Din Djarin about the Night of a Thousand Tears. Many fans were surprised to watch her become an ally to the show’s protagonists in Season 3, and even though her future in the show is largely uncertain, the hope remains that the actor beneath the helmet will return in future Star Wars projects no matter who she ends up playing on big and small screens.
Swallow will be joined by fellow Mandalorian actors Katee Sackhoff and Carl Weathers and many other celebrities to celebrate a shared love of comics, sci-fi, horror, anime, gaming and cosplay across multiple fandoms. It’s a family-friendly event you won’t want to miss.
Something that makes FAN EXPO different from other conventions is that its smaller size allows for unique celebrity interactions. Those who attend the convention will have more opportunities throughout the weekend for photos and autographs to make the experience memorable and worthwhile.
FAN EXPO San Francisco runs from Friday, November 24 through Sunday, November 26, 2023 at Moscone Center West.
