Andor gets a stunning Blu-Ray SteelBook release in April

Heads up, Andor fans! The critically acclaimed series is coming in 4k and Blu-Ray in an absolutely gorgeous three-disk SteelBook release. This collector's edition of the Rogue One prequel series will be available to pre-order on March 12 ahead of its April 30th release, according to Collider.

Along with the beautiful case with artwork created by Attila Szarka, the collector's edition will come with concept artwork cards while being packed with special features. These featurettes include the following:

Ferrix Pt 1: Imperial Occupation and Ferrix Pt 2: Fight the Empire is a two-part featurette about the making of Ferrix. Series star Diego Luna, creator Tony Gilroy, and executive producer Kathleen Kennedy discuss the series origins and, along with other cast members, break down the harrowing finale, "Rix Road."

The other behind the scenes featurettes focus on the major set pieces of the show with Aldhani: Rebel Heist focusing on shooting in Scotland with the breakdown of VFX and stunts, Coruscant: Whispers of Rebellion all about Mon Mothma (Genevieve O'Reilly), Luthen Rael (Stellan Skarsgård), and the ISB with Dedra Meero (Denise Gough), and finally Narkina 5: One Way Out focusing on the prison break arc along with a look at fan-favorite character, Kino Loy, portrayed by Andy Serkis.

This collector's edition was announced alongside Obi-Wan Kenobi receiving the Blu-Ray SteelBook treatment as well with the same pre-order and release dates as Andor's. They will join two more popular Disney+ series Moon Knight and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier also getting Blu-Ray Steelbooks, according to Collider.

Andor's first season is coming to 4k and Blu-Ray collector's edition SteelBook. It will be available to pre-order on March 12 to be fully released on April 30. You can also pre-order and pick up Obi-Wan Kenobi soon too.
