Star Wars gave fans multiple gifts on Star Wars Day. Along with a new poster for Star Wars: The Acolyte, they updated the databanks on StarWars.com with new characters and a ship.... And also dropped a rocking new trailer to go with it! The trailer reveals a new Dark Side figure. The Acolyte premeries on June 4.

The trailer reveals more of the story with Jedi Master Sol, played by Lee Jung-jae, is searching for his once padawan Mae, portrayed by Amandla Stenberg. Someone is killing Jedi, and Sol has his suspicions. However, not everything is as it seems. The mysterious Mother, the leader of a group of Force witches played by Jodie Turner-Smith, has her own agenda as she encourgages Mae and target the Jedi. The noir-inspired show looks set for twists and turns.

Along with the trailer, a new key art poster has been revealed, too. At the top of the poster, the red lightsaber-wielding being looms over the rest of the cast.

The Star Wars Databank on StarWars.com also added three new entries for the series. The first is Pip, a handheld repair droid with a cute orange and blue color scheme. The next is Torbin, who is Dean-Charles Chapman's character, though not much is known about him. However, he appears to be one of the targeted Jedi by Mother in the new trailer. The last is a new ship called the Polan. The databank states, "Manufactured by Lantillian Shipwrights, the Polan-717 Jedi transport is a versatile shuttle employed by the Jedi Order in the age of the High Republic, fit for both everyday and long-distance missions."

Star Wars: The Acolyte arrives on Disney+ on June 4. The series set in the waning days of The High Republic era will be the first time this time period will be seen in live-action, following the animated pre-school show Young Jedi Adventures. Check out the latest trailer below.
