Star Wars fans, if you always wanted to watch the entire Skywalker Saga in chronological order on the big screen, this is your chance!
In celebration of the 25th Anniversary of Episode I: The Phantom Menace this May, Lucasfilm is re-releasing all nine Skywalker Saga films in theatres on May 4th, which is Star Wars Day. This is an opportunity to watch hours of Star Wars with your family, beginning with A New Hope and ending with The Rise of Skywalker. No matter which era of Star Wars you're a fan of, there's something to look forward to this Star Wars Day for everyone, so gear up!
In addition, an exclusive look at The Acolyte is attached to The Phantom Menace screenings. The Acolyte, which set is during the High Republic era around 100 years before the events of Episode I, will premiere on Disney+ on June 4th. Lucasfilm recently released the first official trailer from the show which stars Amandla Stenberg.
However, if you don't want to sit through nine movies, Episode I: The Phantom Menace will have separate screenings coming in May for its anniversary. You can get more information about this event here at StarWars.com.
Tickets for the Skywalker Saga marathon are on sale today, and they can be purchased through Fandango.com. Fans attending the screening will also receive a special limited edition poster of the films.
Don't miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to watch your favorite Star Wars movies again on the big screen. We hope that Lucasfilm will re-release Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and Solo: A Star Wars Story in the future.
