It's another busy Wednesday in the world of Star Wars comics. From The High Republic to treacherous Sith Lords, here's everything you need to know this week in Star Wars comics. Let's jump into it!

Darth Vader #44

Darth Vader has joined the ranks of Sly Moore's Schism Imperial with a goal to overthrow the Emperor. The mysterious M.A.R. Corps, a group of cyborg rebels, have been brought under Vader's control, but it all what its seems? Darth Vader #44 is written by Greg Pak, the illustrator is Adam Gorham, and the cover artist is Leinil Francis Yu.

Mace Windu #2

Mace Windu has found the rogue pirate Azita Cruz, who has a vital formula that both the Republic and the Hutts want. Now, he just needs to keep her alive as danger looms all around them. The new Mace Windu series by Marc Bernardin and Georges Jeanty is here just in time for The Phantom Menace's 25th anniversary. The cover artist is Mateus Manhanini.

The High Republic Adventures #4

The latest issue of The High Republic Adventures #4 comes to us from Dark Horse Comics. For an all ages comics, these have been some heavy issues so far in the run. In the aftermath of Starlight Beacon's fall, it's been a search of who is alive, who actually perished, and who has been captured by the villainous Nihil. A Jedi team has been assembled to take on a Nihil prison ship to try and rescue their friends... if they're even alive there. Daniel José Older writes issue #4, drawn by Elisa Romboli, and the cover artist is Harvey Tolibao.

Star Wars Legends Epic Collection: The Empire Vol. 1

One trade paperback is out on Tuesday, the 19th. This is a reprint of Star Wars Legends Epic Collection: The Empire Vol. 1.
