The High Republic Adventures Phase III - The Wedding Spectacular
The wedding of Zeen Mrala and Lula Talisola is by far the highlight of the week. After years of storytelling, these two women are finally tying the knot in a mega issue for the ages. It's been confirmed that multiple fan-favorite characters from The High Republic Adventures series will show up for the event. This issue is not one to be missed!
The High Republic Adventures Phase III - The Wedding Spectacular is written by Daniel José Older, and the whopping amount of artists on the one-shot are Harvey Tolibao, Toni Bruno, Nick Brokenshire, Jo Mi-Gyeong, Megan Huang, Andy Duggan, Caio Filipe, Elisa Romboli, and Michael Atiyeh.
The cover artist for this issue is Cherriielle, who also designed Lula and Zeen's wedding dresses.
The High Republic Adventures – Dispatches from the Occlusion Zone #3
Jedi Investigator Emerick Caphtor needs answers. The Nihil's use of the creatures called the Nameless is devastating the Jedi Order, as they have the ability to eat the Force itself, turning any Jedi they meet into a husk. He teams up with an unlikely ally, a prisoner-of-war who worked for the Nihil. Will Emerick find what he needs in time?
The High Republic Adventures – Dispatches from the Occlusion Zone #3 is written by Daniel José Older, the illustrator is Lucas Marangon, and the cover artist is Jake Bartok.
The High Republic Adventures #13
War comes to two worlds! On Valo, the people push back against their Nihil invaders. Led by Jedi Padawan Ram Jomaram and Jedi Knight Farzala Tarabal, it's a struggle to unite the people. Valo is tired of fighting. Will they succeed in this revolt? Meanwhile, tensions rise on Eriadu as our heroes stationed there must stand against their own villains.
The High Republic Adventures #13 is written by Daniel José Older, illustrated by Caìo Filipe and Michael Atiyeh, and the cover artist is Harvey Tolibao.
Ewoks #3
Wicket captured! Taken hostage by a group of Imperials, Wicket is forced into helping the villains as they search Endor for a weapons cache of leftover weapons from the Empire. The only hope for our fuzzy hero is a team from Bright Tree Village, including the mysterious Red Ghost and Meedro the warrior.
Ewoks #3 is written by Steve Orlando, illustrated by Álvaro López, Laura Braga and Antonio Fabela, and the cover artist Pete Woods.
Ahsoka #6
I don't know what to say about these adaptations anymore. They provide nothing new except for the upcoming adaptation of The Rise of Skywalker, which is confirmed to have new scenes. If you've seen the sixth episode of Ahsoka, you've read this comic book. Grab this if you want cool artwork of your favorite characters.
Ahsoka #6 is written by Rodney Barnes, illustrated by Georges Jeanty, and the cover artist is Taurin Clarke.
