Star Wars: The Force Awakens – Potential Fate of a Character Revealed

Website Epicstream is boasting of having an exclusive bit of information, as to the fate of a certain character in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. I must warn you here, there will be spoilers for Episode VII, should you continue, so please tread lightly, and bring your grain of salt while you’re at it.

It has long been rumored that one of the original cast members would not live to see Episode VIII. For quite some time now — going off of his longing to be offed in Empire Strikes Back/Return of the Jedi — the rumor has been that Harrison Ford’s Han Solo would be killed in some heroic, yet tragic fashion in The Force Awakens. Well, thanks to Epicstream, we may be a little closer to finding out the truth.

Here’s an excerpt from their source:

"“He watched a scene being shot at Greenham common airbase in which Leia is sad and says ‘I don’t know how he will cope without him’, my source told me Han Solo dies, I quizzed him and he said he just presumed, I then asked who was she talking to, he said a couple of Wookiees but now Chewy, I asked him could you have meant that Chewy dies, he said that might of been the case, he didn’t know just that one of them does.”"

Welp…if this is in fact true, we might see Han or Chewie die in The Force Awakens. Still, my money is on Han, but if they off Chewbacca, I may just riot. I can’t fathom a world in which Chewie isn’t loyally protecting the ones he loves. Maybe both will die, and I won’t be able to leave the theater until everyone else has left because I’ll be sobbing uncontrollably. #AllWookieeLivesMatter #YesAllWookiees
