Anthony Daniels (C-3PO) Teases Star Wars: Episode VIII Script
Oh my goodness, thank the Maker! You can now add actor Anthony Daniels — who portrays persnickety protocol droid C-3PO in the Star Wars franchise — as having read the Star Wars: Episode VIII script…
Taking to Twitter to discuss his joy over the next installment in the Star Wars franchise, actor Anthony Daniels (C-3PO) had this to say about Star Wars: Episode VIII:
"“Just read Ep VIII and thought I’d share the story with you because I know you can’t wait to hear it too. You do want to hear it. Don’t you?”"

Well, yes Mr. Daniels, we would love to hear it…do tell. Somehow I think our pleas would fall on cold metallic-deaf ears. But that’s okay, because despite the near depressing news that Star Wars: Episode VIII would be delayed past its May 2017 release and instead rescheduled for December 15, 2017.
And, then to have the latest news of a possible union strike that may cause an even further delay in Episode VIII‘s release, it’s nice to see the actors giving fans a bit of new hope…if you will…in regard to the script for the next film in the Sequel Trilogy.
On Thursday, Daisy Ridley (Rey) took to Instagram to post a photo of her Episode VIII script and the front page looked like it might have possibly been an invitation from Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy, to the Episode VIII first cast read and possible photo.
I guess we’ll just keep staying tuned to the social media of the stars of the Star Wars franchise, and hopefully we will get some exciting news with regard to Star Wars: Episode VIII, in the very near future.
