Last week we asked you to vote for your favorite Star Wars character, to be the next Hasbro Star Wars Black Series collectible figure. You voted, we counted, and then turned in the totals to Hasbro.
Now Hasbro has tabulated the totals from all the sites participating in the Fan Poll, and the finals are upon us. By visiting StarWars.com and voting for your favorite of six Star Wars characters — across various Star Wars mediums — you can have a voice in which character will be the next Hasbro Star Wars Black Series figure.
Here’s the six choices:
- Starkiller
- Jaina Solo
- Darth Talon
- Captain Rex
- Dengar
- Mara jade
As you can see, at the time of this article (3pm CST), with over 6 thousand votes placed, Jaina Solo held a tenuous lead over Darth Talon.
This is fantastic news for fans of the old Expanded Universe (now Star Wars Legends), as Jaina Solo and Mara Jade come from that side of the Star Wars universe. Darth Talon brings in the comic book fans — back when Dark Horse ran the Star Wars line of comic books.
Dengar is a bounty hunter from The Clone Wars and the Original Trilogy with Empire Strikes Back, Captain Rex hails from The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels, and Starkiller rounds it all out from the video game aspect of the Star Wars saga.

This is a nice showing of all the Star Wars mediums, and I can’t wait to see which character wins it all. Hasbro will announce the winner of the vote, this week, at San Diego Comic-Con, July 21-24.
