The first photos from the set of Star Wars: Han Solo have been leaked…
While we anxiously await the official title for Han Solo: A Star Wars Story, website TMZ has come into possession of the first photos from the set of the film, featuring lead actor Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo, dressed in all black and looking a little worse for wear.
While we can’t show you the gallery of photos from the set of the Han Solo film, we can provide you a link to TMZ where the photos currently reside, and we can show you Alden Ehrenreich in all black from a tweet by Star Wars Stuff:
The gallery of photos from TMZ also shows various speeders, as well as other unknown actors traveling to and from the set. The above tweet is, in fact, the star of the film, and as you can see, that signature Han Solo feathered hair is already in peak form.
The untitled Han Solo film will tell the backstory of the smuggler with a heart of gold, from his time as an orphan on Corellia, to how he met and befriended Lando Calrissian (Donald Glover), which opened the door for Han to win the Millennium Falcon on a bet in a game of sabacc.
Han Solo: A Star Wars Story (not the official title) will feature these actors:
- Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo
- Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian
- Woody Harrelson as Beckett
- Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen on Game of Thrones) in an unnamed role
- Thandie Newton in an unnamed role
- Phoebe Waller-Bridge in an unnamed role
- Joonas Suotamo as Chewbacca (taking over for Peter Mayhew)
We’re hoping for more information and possibly a teaser for the film next month at the D23 expo, but until then, you can see the entire Han Solo film shoot photo gallery by visiting TMZ, and the untitled film will debut worldwide on May 25, 2018.
