Who are some possible foes for Obi-Wan in his upcoming standalone film?

An Obi-Wan Kenobi Star Wars standalone film is in early development, according to The Hollywood Reporter, with director Stephen Daldry helming the project. We anticipate that Ewan McGregor will reprise his role as Obi-Wan in this particular film and that the setting will take place with the Jedi Master exiled on Tatooine.

With the crazy old hermit in exile, the list of villains are definitely small, but we will take a crack at it. Here are the most likely villains for an Obi-Wan film:

In Star Wars Marvel comics #7, #15, and #20, we travel back to when Obi-Wan is on Tatooine, with the exiled Jedi Master watching over Luke Skywalker from a distance.

One of the story arcs has Jabba the Hutt sending Wookiee bounty hunter Black Krrsantan, tracking down the unknown thorn in his side, who happens to be Obi-Wan, that’s been thwarting his men who have been oppressing the people of Tatooine.

With help from an unexpected ally, Obi-Wan is able to defeat the fearsome bounty hunter and Jabba’s men, remaining anonymous.

Seeing this conflict on the big screen would make a lot of sense, with Obi-Wan unable to let innocent settlers on Tatooine be taken advantage of by the slimy Hutt. I would love to see Jabba and Obi-Wan meet face to face at the end of the conflict.
