Solo: A Star Wars Story: Things we’d like to see

The Fastest Hunk of Junk in the Galaxy…

“It’s the ship that made the Kessel Run in twelve parsecs.” With much confusion as to what a Parsec is if would be great if this line can be referenced in the film.  Even as just an Easter Egg it would be great if the claim can be addressed in any fashion. Was it just a false boast Han made to Luke in A New Hope?  The Millennium Falcon is perhaps the most legendary ship in science fiction/space fantasy history.  I’d like to learn a little more about this YT-1300f light Corellian Freighter. Was it Lando who made the modifications? Was it Chewie? Where does the legend of the Falcon begin? It’s something we all hope gets some light in the Solo film.

Imperial Entanglements…

Han Solo’s reputation as a smuggler should be established in this film.  There has to be a reason why Jabba the Hutt hires him.  Han and Chewie succeeding in evading the empire in the movie would be a nice touch.  Han dumping Jabba’s cargo doesn’t necessarily need to be in the film, but establishing Han Solo in the Star Wars underworld and his relationship with Jabba the Hutt should be.  At the very least it needs to be hinted at in the film.

Lastly…

It would be a bonus if both Jabba the Hutt and Boba Fett made an appearance of some sort in the film.  Both Characters are fan favorites and any story involving Han Solo and his smuggling days would feel incomplete without them. They don’t have to be an integral part of the plot but should be included in some form.

Next: Images of Snoke’s throne room surface

Perhaps the movie could end with Han taking on Jabba’s cargo. It wouldn’t be a bad way to end the movie and have it directly lead into A New Hope.
