Star Wars: The Last Jedi had many unexpected moments, especially with Kylo Ren.
Holy. Guacamole. Star Wars: The Last Jedi. What a movie! Once the dust has settled, I’m sure the shock and awe will wear off, allowing us to process everything.
I’m still not sure what to think. The Last Jedi had me on the edge of my seat the entire time, leaving TONS of questions.
**SPOILER ALERT** For those of you still waiting to see The Last Jedi, stop reading now.

One of them being: will Kylo take on an apprentice since Rey rejected him? Supreme Leader Snoke would have passed on the Rule of Two knowledge to Kylo, and now he will have to follow the only rule the Sith have.
Kylo mentioned letting the past die, including the Sith, but I’m not buying it. He vowed to finish what his grandfather, Darth Vader started, which I believe reinstating the Sith to its rightful state within the galaxy.
Remember, Kylo Ren and Supreme Leader Snoke are not Sith, but Kylo has too much of his grandfather inside of him. The Sith may return.

The first and obvious choice would be one of the former Jedi — A member of the Knights of Ren possibly? — who joined Ben Solo in destroying the temple Luke had spent years and years rebuilding.
One of them could become Kylo’s apprentice, with a handful of Luke’s former students lobbying for the mantle of Sith apprentice.
Another possibility could be that little boy at the end of the movie. Kylo Ren could sense and find him, using the child’s anger to corrupt him.
He would be able to train up a child in the ways of the Dark Side. We haven’t seen that since Darth Bane and Darth Zannah, from Star Wars Legends.
Kylo Ren could also break the chain of The Rule of Two. Now I’m not saying he is the embodiment of the Dark Side like the Sith we’re striving to achieve, but in his anger, he could ignore that and focus all his energy of destroying the Resistance and everything that was in his past.
