Here are the Star Wars comics coming this week on July 4 for new comic book day.

Star Wars #50

The story up until now has been depicting the Mutiny on Mon Cala, but Star Wars #50 is expected to be a big one. Just as things work out for the Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker and Han Solo, it seems they are going to run into bigger problems.

For Star Wars #50, there seems to be seven cover variations ranging from traditional artwork to depicting an action figure. The cover artists include Travis Charet (cover A), Phil Noto, David Marquez, Terry Dodson, Rod Reis, and John Tyler.

Here is the synopsis from Marvel Comics, which distributes the Star Wars comics:

Star Wars The Last Jedi Adaptation #4

There are six parts to The Last Jedi adaptation with the fourth installment coming out this Wednesday. The adaptation picks up with Rey leaving the island and headed for a confrontation with Kylo Ren.

There are two cover variations Star Wars: The Last Jedi Adaption #4 with Vice-Admiral Holdo gracing the cover of the Rod Reis version. She looks fiercer on this cover than she did throughout the movie.
