It’s Wednesday and that means it’s time for new comics. Marvel has two new Star Wars comics releases coming out this week with Star Wars #54 and Lando: Double or Nothing #5.
Star Wars #54
The Star Wars comic picks up with Leia having snuck aboard The Executor and Darth Vader on his way back to the ship to meet her. It seems Leia and Vader are playing a game of cat-and-mouse on the Executor all the while Leia is tasked with fixing the comms for the fleet.

Lando: Double or Nothing #5
The Lando: Double or Nothing mini series comes to end with this issue. Lando makes his way to the Pretusian slaves and attempts to get them to fight back.
Of course, with L3 by his side – and with her own plans – things could get a little tricky in the Lando final issue. Here’s how Marvel Comics describes Lando Double or Nothing #5:
"LANDO’S made his way to an ambivalent Pretusian slave force. But can he convince them to stand up against the STORMTROOPERS who now are lower in number? Will ELLTHREE temper her passions in the face of massive droid abuses? Will Lando find a good card game and say ‘to hell with it all’?"
While these are the two new Star Wars comics titles coming out this week, there are other options for Star Wars comics fans.
