Anthony Daniels’ cryptic tweets finally deciphered
“This is not going to go the way you think.” In the words of Luke Skywalker, a series of Tweets had Star Wars fans on the edge of their seat. Anthony Daniels had the last laugh and it is fantastic.
Star Wars legend Anthony Daniels, and the man inside C-3PO, sent this out in a wave of Tweets. They were indecipherable, jumped and the mystery grew with each passing tweet.
First fans thought it might have to do with the Star Wars: Episode IX title, but it turned to be something different.

Fans were like now hold on! It is not the title or teaser?
I am sure Daniels was laughing somewhere. He had to know Star Wars fans every where were baffled. The coded Tweets obviously meant something but what?
Then a fan at Reddit, cracked the code. While good news, it was not what we were expecting:
"I AM DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE THAT I WILL BE ATTENDING CELEBRATION IN CHICAGO"
That is right through all of the Tweets and good speculation. It turns out Anthony Daniels is attending Star Wars Celebration in Chicago.
The platform he used to announce it was sheer brilliance. This is part of why Star Wars fans enjoy the actors and actresses. They feel like they are friends with them. Moments like the one Anthony Daniels gave reminds us why we love the films.
