Star Wars: 5 reasons we need a sequel to Solo now
Donald Glover is Lando Calrissian and Phoebe Waller-Bridge is L3-37 in SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY
Lando love
One of the highlights of Solo was Donald Glover’s Lando Calrissian. He was smooth, suave, had an impressive cape collection, and turned heads where ever he went.
Lando and Han also had a budding friendship, and we know it didn’t end there. There had to be a more love between the two.
Glover did a fantastic job as Lando too. He made the part and only one man wore capes better than he did — the original.
But I would love to see more on Lando. Perhaps he meets Lobat and we see how their friendship formed. He was a good supporting character, but there should be more to his story. After all, he was putting down his memoirs and something tells me he has a lot of stories to tell.
If we don’t get a Solo sequel, a Lando movie would do find on its own. Though I could see that as a Disney+ development. This is why we need more than one sequel though, but I think the fans would settle for just one at this point.
Lando has a lot of story to tell, but he is intricately tied to Han Solo and the two seem to go together.
