5. How did Kylo Ren acquire Darth Vader’s mask?

Just like how did Maz get hold of Anakin’s lightsaber? How did Kylo Ren acquire Darth Vader’s helmet?

And just like how we didn’t get an answer to the Anakin’s lightsaber question we didn’t get an answer to the Darth Vader helmet question either. It featured once again in The Rise of Skywalker, but with no explanations came.

So, Kylo Ren may have stumbled across it while taking a stroll. Maybe he found it among Luke’s belongs while being trained as a Jedi. The answer is still unknown I’m afraid.

6. How did Anakin’s lightsaber get fixed?

Anakin’s lightsaber well and truly broke in The Last Jedi. Both Rey and Kylo snapped it clean in two, kyber crystal and all. So, how on earth did it get fixed?

I can accept that it was repairable if the kyber crystal had not been damaged, but it had been snapped in two. The most fundamental part of a Jedi’s lightsaber was broken. Therefore, not repairable.

A lot of us believed this in the run up to The Rise of Skywalker, so when we saw it repaired and working in the official promo material a lot of us where left wondering how it got repaired.

It’s a question we never get an answer to though I’m afraid. It’s just handed over to Rey from Leia with no explanation on how it came to be working again.

7. When the Resistance wins what happens next?

In all fairness to Star Wars, movies that showcase a story of a group of resistance fighters overthrowing an evil regime have always failed to answer the question; what happens next?

What happens when the Resistance wins, and the First Order is no more?

Will a new government form? Will the resistance stay together while this new government forms? Will any other evil regime previously in the shadows because of the First Order attempt to come to power?

Considering this was the end of the Skywalker saga a scene or to about what happened after the First Order falls and how this time it will be much different and therefore a proper close to the story was really needed.

Of course, that didn’t happen. The Resistance won and by the looks of things they clearly didn’t think they would win as there doesn’t seem to be much of a plan now that they have won other than partying and hugging.
