As far as official confirmed casting goes, it is only Ewan McGregor who has officially signed on. It was announced when the Obi-Wan Kenobi series was confirmed that McGregor would reprise his role as the famous Jedi.

No other cast member has been officially confirmed yet. There will no doubt be casting announcements made as we get closer to the release date, but at the time of writing, McGregor is the only confirmed cast member.

There are plenty of rumors going around about who could be cast that are likely to prove sound. A Young Luke Skywalker and a Young Leia Organa has been recently rumored. The Young Leia Organa may a be stretch considering Obi-Wan supposedly spent his time on Tatooine to watch over Luke after the events of Revenge of the Sith; whereas Leia grew up on Alderaan. So, it seems unlikely that the two characters would come across each other, however not impossible.

A Young Luke Skywalker is a strong possibility though. As are some other major Star Wars characters as well. Until we get some official announcement from Star Wars though, make sure you take every potential casting with a pinch of salt.
