Insight Editions has created splendid books for Star Wars fans, bringing new elements to its innovative books while honoring the franchise’s history.

Not every Star Wars book is about lore. It doesn’t have to fit tiny pieces of a story into a perfect little hole. Sometimes, they’re just fun or good for references.

Insight Editions has been making Star Wars books for quite some time and some of the most recent books hit on all of those marks. In the last several months, the publishing company has released several books including a look at past comics covers, Ralph McQuarrie’s art, an insane pop-up book and more.

When it says mini book, trust me, it’s tiny. The book is only a few inches tall and wide. But the tiny book packs a lot.

It features Star Wars Marvel comic covers starting in 1977. It’s a really neat book to have for quick reference

I imagine if this book was regular sized, it would be awfully heavy because there are more than 300 pages featuring art on nice paper.

The Concept Art of Ralph McQuarrie Mini Book

Again, this is another mini book. It’s just 2.5 inches wide by 3.5 inches tall — pretty much the size of a trading card. It’s important to note because some fans may not realize it upon ordering online without seeing it in hand.

It featured all the great work of Ralph McQuarrie, giving you an idea of what it was like to work on Star Wars since the beginning.

The Ultimate Pop-Up Galaxy

This book is amazing! It features the entire saga with intricate pop-ups. The details are mesmerizing and the work done by Matthew Reinhart is truly inspiring.

To get the full effect if the book, you need a big space. You can open the book completely and create a sprawling mass of pop ups with this unique book.

There are many Star Wars fans out there who love to dig deep into the ships of the saga. This book is for those fans.
